Teri Gerson, Founder and President of Executive Solutions, is the driving force behind our client-oriented search firm that has successfully placed hundreds of executives in equipment leasing and finance positions at top companies nationwide.
Ms. Gerson brings over twenty years of business acumen to the table, with extensive experience in sales training and strategic management. Because of Ms. Gerson’s commitment to excellence, Executive Solutions has earned a solid reputation for maintaining the highest ethical standards and providing clients with a full spectrum of personalized services.
Ms. Gerson established Executive Solutions in 1990 with the mission of focusing on the individual needs of clients and pursuing the highest caliber candidates on their behalf. Today, that mission still stands strong.
Teri and her expert staff, averaging 22 years experience, 
have inside knowledge of both the leasing and recruiting industries. Their direct connection with the industry gives them an intimate understanding of what it takes to place the right candidate. They look beyond the resume, considering everything from corporate culture to management style in order to ensure a perfect fit.
Executive Solutions provides clients with detailed information on candidates, and prepares candidates with corporate profiles, interview agendas and other pertinent client information. Our on-going attention to detail prevents any surprises during the interview and negotiation process.
